Air genasi are nice for wizard weapon finesse melee builds and earth genasi could be interesting as fighter/barbarians but fire genasi are basically a worse version of air genasi and water genasi are worse than shield dwarves. With Kaedrin's Pack, all genasi get a free martial weapon's proficiency, but overall I personally I think fire and water genasi are suboptial.
