A scroll is a parchment that contains an inscribed magic spell for use. Any creature of the qualified class (or with sufficient UMD skill) can use it and cast as a spell. In addition, wizards can learn new spells via scrolls.
Unlike wands, a scroll can only be used once. The Scribe Scroll feat allows a spellcaster to scribe any spell they know onto a blank scroll for later use.
