"This being looks like a hideously ugly human woman. Its flesh is covered with warts, blisters, and open sores. It has straggly jet-black hair and jagged, yellow teeth. The eyes burn like hot coals, throwing out a thick, red radiance."
Night hags are, unlike other hags, actually outsiders hailing from the Gray Wastes of Hades. In addition, hagspawn of night hags tend to resemble normal children of their father's species, with black or blue hair and sometimes blue or violet skin.
Night hags attack good creatures on sight if the odds of success seem favorable. These creatures rip through armor and flesh with their deadly teeth. They love to use sleep and then strangle those who are overcome by it.

Notes[]
- Night Hag lacks Weapon Proficiency (creature), leading to her being unable to use her magical contagious bite and forcing her to use generic unarmed strikes, provoking attacks of opportunity in process, and reducing her AB from intended +13/+8.
- Her bite has another affect unmentioned above: enchantment +1 against Good, which is entirely pointless as the bite is +1 already.
- Despite being an outsider and, well, a night creature, she lacks Darkvision.
- Her immunity to Sleep (the spell, not the effect) is pointless as she has to much HD to be affected anyway.
- Poor, poor NIght Hag! Bugs turned her from a horrible creature of the Lower Planes to a clumsy toothless old witch with bad eyesight.
