This is a form of bardic inspiration.
A bard can use song or poetics to inspire toughness in his allies (including himself). This gives a bonus to saving throws for all allies. It starts at +1, then +2 at 13th level, and then +3 at 18th level.

- Bards gain inspire toughness at 8th level.
- The range is 30 feet.
- It requires 3 ranks of perform to work.
