All enemies within the area of effect are struck with negative energy that causes 1d8 points of damage, +1 point per caster level. Negative energy spells have a reverse effect on undead, healing them instead of harming them.

This spell affects all creatures, not just enemies.
Bug Notes[]
The saving throw against this spell is actually Will, not Fortitude. Mistake in the description, not in the script.
Affected area is much smaller than described and is Medium (~10 feet), not Huge (~20 feet). Interestingly, visual effect of the spell covers the described area.
