A warlock of 12th level or higher can use his supernatural power to create magic items as if he met the spell requirements. So the warlock automatically gets a 25% discount to make all magic items and never has the CL to make an item increased by 3 because he doesn't meet the spell requirements.

Notes:
- Imbue Item is part of the MotB expansion pack.
- Contrary to the description, there is no 25% discount for the Warlock.
- This feat still requires that the Warlock take the Craft Magical Arms and Armor or Craft Wondrous Item feats in order to be able to craft items. He can do so as of patch 1.12.
- In SoZ crafting, a Warlock without Imbue Item may still use the Craft Magical Arms and Armor feat, by simply using the recipes for adding AC bonus or enhancing weapons. Since these recipes are not associated with any spells in SoZ, the Warlock does not need the Imbue Item feat.
