Grykk Bannersworn (male lawful good half-orc paladin) is a cohort available in the Storm of Zehir campaign. He worships Torm.
Gameplay[]
His stats are decent: Str 17, Dex 10, Con 14, Int 8, Wis 12, Cha 15 at level 9 - pointbuy 32 for 13 charisma at level 1. Epic Divine Might is barely within his reach, although this is only relevant if the player actually intends to reach epic levels in the campaign. With appropriate gear he can certainly make good use of standard Divine Might or Divine Shield, and his first three feats are pretty solid (Luck of Heroes, Cleave, Power Attack). In addition, his two unique items, a full plate and a heavy shield, have pretty good enchantments considering how early in the game he can be recruited.
Recruitment[]
Grykk will join for free if asked by a good character. Neutral characters can recruit him for 1000gp, and he will refuse to join when asked by an evil character.
