Gedlee's Electric Loop manifests a loop of electricity that flows through all creatures in the area of effect. Each creature takes 1d6 points of electrical damage per 2 caster levels, with a maximum of 5d6, getting a reflex saving throw for half damage. Those creatures that fail the reflex saving throw then also must make a will saving throw or be stunned for 1 round.
