Description
An invisible cone of despair causes great sadness in the subjects. Each affected creature takes a -2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage rolls.
Bug Notes
General: Ability checks are not decreased. The abilities of a target creature are not altered, which is noted in the script as "Ability scores are no longer reduced by two. This was an incorrect interpretation of the rules." on line 89. The description should be changed to match the script.
Line 58/115: This spell uses a size of 10M, rather then RADIUS_SIZE_COLOSSAL which is 30ft. It also wants to target doors and placables, which do not even have skills/attacks - it could be removed so that the check on line 62 is not needed.
Line 79 - 107: Why are all the bad effects not linked together? The way it currently works means eSkill (skill decrease of -2) on line 91 is not applied, which is a bug regardless of the other parts. The applications should be only done once, in a single linked effect, else dispel magic will not operate it on it properly either.
