The caster brings an undead creature into being. The type of undead is based upon the caster's level:
- Level 11 and under: Ghoul
- Level 12-13: Ghast
- Level 14-15: Mummy
- Level 16 and over: Mummy Lord
In-game testing (v. 1.23) has shown that the correct description is as follows:
The caster brings an undead creature - a ghast, a mummy, or a wraith - into being. The type of undead that appears is random and beyond the caster's control. The created undead each have 11 hit dice, no matter the type.
