For the duration of the spell, your weapon gains the ability to daze opponents who fail their will save for one round. The save is calculated based on the caster's abilities.
This spell grants the targeted melee weapon (or the caster's currently equipped melee weapon, in case he targeted the spell on himself) the property On Hit: Daze DC 16, 100% / 1 Round. This means that whenever a creature is hit by the enchanted weapon, it must succeed on a DC 16 Will saving throw or become dazed 1 round.
As of patch version 1.22.1588, the DC for this saving throw is not calculated based on the caster's abilities, as the spell description says, but set at 16; see spell script nx2_s0_bladeweave, lines 20 and 46.
