Description

You channel divine power to gain a +4 Charisma bonus. All allies near you gain a +5 bonus to their saving throws versus fear.

Bugs

1.04:

This spell has a major bug; since the eLink effect is changed on 67, and it is now uncommented, all people in the area get a +4 bonus to Charisma, in addition to the fear save bonus. The Paladin gets both a +4 application of charisma, then a second application when he gets the fear bonus (although this doesn't stack). The spell description specifically says only the caster gets the +4 save bonus. This is easily solved if the "eLink" entry on line 70 is uncommented, and the "ApplyEffect" line on 84 changed to eFear instead of eLink.

The caster isn't listed as getting the +5 saving throw bonus, even though they do. This might be because of the script or the description being wrong.

This spell stacks (as much as it can, save bonuses likely still stack) with itself due to previous effects not being removed. Note: because the +4 charisma bonus is applied separately to the +5 saving throw bonus for the Paladin, the spell should be altered so the saving throw is linked with the +4 bonus to Charisma, and applied to OBJECT_SELF once, then the caster is exempt from the area effect check with a oTarget != OBJECT_SELF in the loop, while each time the fear save effects are applied, old ones are removed.

Line 51/84: This spell doesn't use the NWN2 ApplyMetamagicDurationMods() and ApplyMetamagicDurationTypeMods() functions.

Gameplay Notes

The effects are applied instantly - this isn't a proper Aura (such as a Paladins special ability), it simply applies a +4 charisma bonus to the caster, and then does a +5 bonus to the all allies of the caster, in a colossal (30 feet) area.

As Paladin spells go, this helps the most against fear-causing enemies. The bonuses for Charisma greatly boost the effects of abilities like Divine Might, and the Paladin's various Charisma-based class bonuses.
