Acid Splash fires a small orb of acid at the target for 1d3 points of acid damage, on a successful ranged touch attack by the caster.
Gameplay Notes[]
Cantrip spell of varying usefulness. Compared with Ray of Frost, this spell deals inferior damage (since Ray of Frost deals 1d4 + 1 - on average, 1.5 points more). However, immunity to acid damage is generally rarer than immunity to cold damage, and trolls specifically require acid or fire damage to be defeated.
